Don’t you just LOVE every single one of these lamps? I’m obsessed!
Sidenote: I’m currently on the search for a sophisticated yet fun brightly colored lamp (for my living room). I absolutely love all of the ones featured above!
Now if I can figure out how to justify a $400 lamp…
Let’s get real. Sometimes, I just need to watch some Biggest Loser finale and blog about some chevron. And tonight is one of those nights. So let’s get to it!
I’ve been building my My Design Pinterest board for over one year now, YET, I’ve never noticed (until recently) how obsessed I seem to be with the chevron pattern. Rugs. Artwork. Throw pillows. Curtains. Hardwood floors. Brick floors. You name it, I’m apparently obsessed with “it” in a chevron print.
So for this week’s inspiration post, I’m showing a few of my favorite chevron examples from my board. In my perfect world, I’d have some chevron hard wood floors + a few other accents here and there. I love the timelessness of subtly installing the pattern without color.
So tell me, what’s your favorite design obsession as of late? Are you obsessed with chevron like me, or do other patterns/trends have you mesmerized?
I hope everyone had a great Monday! Here’s to a fun rest of the week!
Last week I deemed my inspiration introduction the shortest ever. THIS WEEK, I plan to set a new record!

Also, today’s post marks my 20th inspiration post since I began posting them a little over 6 months ago. I hope you all have enjoyed reading them as much as I enjoy pulling the posts together! (you should click here to see all my inspiration posts…)
And with that, let the pictures begin:
I think it’s time I get back into the groove of my weekly posts. By far, my inspiration posts are my all-time favorite….I love nothing more than pretty pictures that make me want a big house, nice clothes, or an unlimited entertaining/traveling budget. SO! I won’t continue to wax poetic about my crazy life….how ‘bout we just skip to the amazing pictures?
Ok, good. Thought you did, so here we go:
