inspiration: summer cocktails
Despite the erratic North Eastern weather, Summer appears to be in full swing all over the US (especially in the South…I willing to bet you guys would PAY for the cold weather we’re having up here!).
So when Summer rears it’s pretty little head, I want light, fruity, fun, easy-to-drink cocktails. Today I present you with exactly that. Hopefully this post gives you a go-to for summer cocktail making!

Raspberry & Basil Mojitos- for you sophisticated gals…
Pink Lemonade Sherbet Party Punch - I’m sure you can spike this.
Perfect Pimm’s - because, if Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, I can certainly purposely pucker for a perfect pimm! (points for the attempt to alliterate?!?!)
French 75- I take it back…THIS is for you sophisticated gals!
White Zinfandel Sangria- favorite. hands down!
El Diablo- I like this for two reasons. 1. the picture is pretty. 2. the name is AWESOME.
Kumquat Rumpirinha - Props to anyone who can say this without giggling.
Rosh Hashanah Sangria- for my Jewish friends!
Makers Mojitos!- this is specifically for me and only me.
